*Consumption of raw beach oysters is advisable for April. During May – September, to prevent illness, we recommend bringing shucked oysters home and cook thoroughly per the Department of Fish and Wildlife’s guidance.

If you are a big fan of raw oysters, we recommend that you book for an experience in April – May. The WA Department of Health advises that all shellfish recreationally harvested during the months of May-September, should be cooked thoroughly to avoid illness due to Vibriosis.
